Jeff Fisher, former head coach of the Tennessee Titans, holds a majority stake in the team and serves as the league’s commissioner. Fisher expressed excitement about having someone of Gruden’s caliber on board, citing his experience, expertise, and success as valuable assets to the organization. Gruden’s impressive coaching record includes a Super Bowl championship with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and induction into the team’s Ring of Honor.
