These encounters, which she referred to as “hotel nights” and likened to “freak offs,” were allegedly orchestrated by Diddy, lasted for days, and involved drugs and baby oil. Jane tearfully testified that she felt unable to ask Diddy to stop and that he would provide her with multiple doses of ecstasy to keep her awake. On her birthday in Miami in 2023, she claimed to have engaged in sexual activities with multiple men while Diddy watched.
Jane also stated that Diddy was supporting her financially by paying her rent, a claim reiterated in court. She is among four accusers mentioned in the government’s indictment, which alleges that Diddy operated his business as a criminal enterprise and exploited these women through financial means. Jane expressed fear that Diddy could cut her off at any moment.
During Jane’s testimony, Diddy appeared composed with his hands clasped in front of him, while both prosecution and defense attorneys closely observed her on the stand. The judge recently rebuked Diddy’s defense team for his facial expressions towards the jury, deeming it unacceptable and warning of potential consequences if it recurred.
