Indiana Pacers Star Tyrese Haliburton Out Again Due to Hip Issue!

Indiana Pacers point guard Tyrese Haliburton missed his third consecutive game on Monday night due to a left hip flexor strain. The two-time All-Star was absent in the matchup against Chicago, as he had also sat out the previous games against Atlanta on Thursday and Saturday. Prior to this, he had only missed one game out of the first 60 for the Pacers this season.

Pacers coach Rick Carlisle mentioned that Haliburton was progressing but not yet ready to return to action. Carlisle had previously stated that the veteran player was considered day-to-day. Haliburton’s last game was a standout performance with 28 points and 15 assists in a victory over Houston. He has been averaging 18.5 points and 8.9 assists in the 59 games he has played this season, with even higher averages of 23.9 points and 12 assists per game in the seven games following the All-Star break.
