Spanish authorities announced on Monday the seizure of seven tons of cocaine concealed in sea freight containers buried beneath a farm, leading to the arrest of three suspected smugglers. The Civil Guard police disclosed that the operation commenced on Friday following the detection of two suspicious speedboats near the Guadalquivir River’s mouth. Tracing the vessels back to a rural property in Coria del Rio, situated south of Seville, law enforcement officials uncovered the narcotics hidden within two subterranean containers on the estate.
