While the unnamed 13-year-old boy was sitting in a park with his friends, 27-year-old Jade Berry came to them. Berry, who started talking to the children, then molested the 13-year-old boy.
Berry, who was detained after the incident that came to light when the child told his family, admitted his guilt but said he was very drunk and did not remember anything. Berry will be categorized as a sex offender for 10 years and will have to go to the police station every week to sign.
The court heard that the 13-year-old victim suffered from night terrors and as a result wet the bed and attempted suicide.
