Ghost Adventures Star Aaron Goodwin Breaks Silence After Wife’s Arrest

Over the weekend, Aaron Goodwin of “Ghost Adventures” fame made his first public statement following his wife’s arrest on alleged assassination plot charges. The 48-year-old reality star took to Instagram and thanked his followers for their support during this tough time with a simple smiley face emoji.

Victoria Goodwin, 32, was arrested on March 6 for allegedly conspiring to have her husband killed. According to a police report, investigators discovered that she was in communication with Florida inmate Grant Amato through text and Facebook messages, revealing a romantic relationship and plans to pay for Aaron Goodwin’s murder.

In a series of messages, Victoria expressed her doubts and concerns, asking Amato if she was a bad person for wanting to end her husband’s life rather than seeking a divorce. The alleged plan involved setting aside funds to hire a hitman, discussing Aaron Goodwin’s whereabouts and vehicle details.

Amato reportedly contacted the hitman to inquire about the status of the murder request. Victoria Goodwin is scheduled for her next court appearance in Clark County, Nevada, with bail set at $100,000. Despite denying the allegations, Aaron Goodwin has filed for divorce.

Representatives for Aaron Goodwin have not yet responded to requests for comment. Since 2008, Aaron has been a prominent figure on “Ghost Adventures,” a reality series that investigates paranormal phenomena. The show initially aired on the Travel Channel for 19 seasons before moving to Discovery+ in 2021.

Aaron and Victoria Goodwin had tied the knot in August 2022, as shown on Aaron’s Instagram. Prior to Victoria’s arrest, the couple shared affectionate photos on social media, including a Valentine’s Day post and an anniversary celebration post.
