Mexicans did not miss the opportunity on World Sleep Day. People fell asleep en masse in the shadow of the Monument to the Revolution in the capital Mexico City. World Sleep Day is celebrated every year on March 15. This year's theme is "Sleep Equity for Global Health".

Mexico hosted a remarkable event in this context. Nearly 300 people gathered in the capital and collectively slept after meditation and breathing exercises. Participants also demanded more breaks in business life.

One man who attended the event said, "It's a revolutionary action. "We need to demand our right to a break from companies that demand 24 hours of work and don't give us the opportunity to rest or even eat. I think this is a good experience for people to raise their voices and fight for the right to a break."

Doctors participating in the event also emphasized the importance of sleep.
