It has also garnered acclaim with its Netflix adaptation. The series, which made a name for itself in both the book, game and movie worlds, made its name known to the masses, especially with its Netflix adaptation.

Now, a development that will make fans of the series happy has emerged. Netflix announced The Witcher's live-action movie The Witcher: Sirens of The Deep. The voice cast includes names that will especially delight fans of The Witcher games.

Based on the short story A Little Sacrifice by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski, Geralt is played by Doug Cockle, the voice of The Witcher 3. This means he will be a character whose voice we will quickly warm up to.

Geralt of Rivia, a mutated monster hunter, is recruited to investigate attacks in a seaside village and finds himself caught up in a centuries-old conflict between humans and merpeople. He must rely on friends old and new to solve the mystery before the hostilities between the two kingdoms escalate into all-out war.

Although there is no clear release date, the trailer suggests that it will be released towards the end of 2024.
