Clinton Monroe Ellis-Gilmore, 53, a member of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence drag group, was seen pleasuring himself in Table Bluff County Park on August 12, in the early afternoon, in full view of other people.

"According to multiple witnesses, Ellis-Gilmore had been in that park for approximately one hour, sitting in his truck with the door open and pleasuring himself," the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office said in a statement. Following his deviant behavior, Ellis-Gilmore was arrested and faces penalties of indecent exposure, up to six months in jail, a $1,000 fine and a requirement to register as a sex offender.

The transvestite, dubbed "Queen Bethe C-khim," posed with her lips stretched in a topless mugshot. Her Facebook page is filled with images of her dressed as a nun and attending events organized by her group, the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. Critics have called the group "an openly perverted, disgusting and anti-Catholic hate group."
