Los Angeles Lakers win the NBA's in-season tournament!

The Los Angeles Lakers won the final game of the American Basketball League (NBA) in-season tournament. In the final of the tournament organized for the first time this season, Los Angeles Lakers and Indiana Pacers teams met at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Lakers, who played better defense than their opponent for most of the game, won the game 123-109 and reached the championship. Anthony Davis had 41 points, 20 rebounds and 5 assists, LeBron James 24 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists, Austin Reaves 28 points, D'Angelo Russell 13 points, 7 assists and 4 rebounds for the Lakers.

The 38-year-old all-star James was named the tournament's most valuable player (MVP). Tyrese Haliburton had 20 points and 11 assists, Bennedict Mathurin 20, Aaron Nesmith 15 and Obi Toppin 13 for the Pacers.

With this trophy, all players of the Los Angeles Lakers team won the prize money of 500 thousand dollars each. The finalist Indiana Pacers players each received 200 thousand dollars in prize money.
