Italy is Davis Cup champion after 47 years!

Italy defeated Australia 2-0 in the Davis Cup final, which is organized between countries in tennis, and became the champion after 47 years.

Italy became the champion in the Davis Cup Finals organized by the International Tennis Federation (ITF).

Italy and Australia faced each other in the final of the organization held in Malaga, Spain.

Italy, consisting of Jannik Sinner, Lorenzo Musetti, Lorenzo Sonego, Matteo Arnaldi and Simone Bolelli, defeated its opponent 2-0 and reached the championship for the second time in its history after 1976.
