Flood disaster! Airplanes flooded!

Some airplanes were flooded after flooding in the state of Queensland in northeastern Australia, and a crocodile was seen crossing the middle of the town in the city of Cairs.

More than 300 people were reported to have been rescued in search and rescue efforts following flooding in the northeastern Australian state of Queensland.

SOME AIRPLANES SUBMERGED According to the BBC, some airplanes were flooded at the airport in the city of Cairns.

A CROCODILE CROSSED THE MIDDLE OF THE TOWN Footage from the region also showed the crocodile passing through the center of the town. Queensland Premier Steven Miles described the natural disaster as "the worst he can remember" in a statement.

Miles stated that they were concerned about drinking water, sewage, electricity, telecommunications and transportation issues and that they could not get air support.

THOUSANDS OF HOMES AND BUSINESSES LEFT WITHOUT ELECTRICITY As of today, rail transportation has been suspended in the region where heavy rains are effective, while 14 thousand houses and workplaces remain without electricity. There are also disruptions in transportation on the highways in the region due to flooding.
