Famous journalist stabbed to death!

Chamusse, a well-known journalist in the African country of Mozambique, was reportedly killed in a knife attack in front of his home. According to reports in the national media, Chamusse was attacked with a knife by unidentified people in front of his home in the capital Maputo yesterday.

Chamusse, who worked as a newspaper manager as well as a television commentator, died as a result of a head wound in the attack.

The Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) and local civil society organizations called for an urgent investigation into the murder. Mozambican authorities have not yet commented on the issue.
