Billionaire businessman and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has confirmed that he was the victim of a crypto scam and lost approximately $870,000 as a result.

In an interview with DL News on Friday, Mark Cuban revealed that he suffered a cryptocurrency loss of approximately $870,000. The incident occurred when about $870,000 worth of cryptocurrency was withdrawn from one of Cuban's MetaMask wallets.

Hacking and Suspicious Activity Wazz, an independent blockchain researcher, detected suspicious behavior in Cuban's wallets. Noticing a lack of interaction in one of Cuban's wallets for about five months, Wazz reported the hack on September 15.

2 Million Dollar USDC Transfer Although Cuban lost a large part of his crypto assets, it was reported that he transferred his remaining assets to Coinbase Custody in order to further secure them and that the USDC transaction of $ 2 million was part of this process.
