Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green, who was involved in a fight during the Golden State Warriors-Minnesota Timberwolves game in the American Basketball League (NBA), was suspended for 5 games.

"Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green has been suspended for five games for escalating an on-court altercation and grabbing Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert by the neck in an unsportsmanlike and dangerous manner," the NBA announced.

Warriors guard Klay Thompson, Timberwolves forward Jaden McDaniels and center Rudy Gobert were also fined $25,000 each for their involvement in the incident.

Yesterday, three basketball players were ejected from the Warriors-Timberwolves game after a fight broke out.

Green and Thompson of the Warriors and McDaniels of the Timberwolves were ejected after an altercation in the second minute of the game with no points scored.
