Recently, the agency that manages the male singer group announced that all seven members of the group will fulfil their military service.

After this announcement, three members of BTS started to fulfil their compulsory military service in South Korea, so the group took a break from concerts and music.

The agency announced that the recruitment process of Jung Kook and the other three members RM, Jimin and V started. Due to military service, the world-famous group will not be able to appear in the music market until at least 2025. According to the law, all able-bodied South Korean men must fulfil compulsory military service for 18-21 months due to the threat of North Korea.

However, the law exempts athletes, classical and traditional music artists, ballet and other dancers, and those who have won awards in prestigious international competitions from military service.
