Fox Returns Strong as White Sidelined by Neck Strain!

CHICAGO (AP) — Sacramento Kings’ standout, De’Aaron Fox, made his return to the court after recovering from a bruised right glute during the game against the Chicago Bulls on Sunday. On the other side, the Bulls chose to sit out Coby White due to a strained neck.

Fox, who boasts an average of 26.7 points per game, was absent from the Kings’ lineup for the previous three games. Meanwhile, White, with averages of 18.4 points and 4.7 assists, sustained his neck injury during the Bulls’ victory over the Washington Wizards on Friday. In lieu of White, Lonzo Ball was given the starting nod for the first time since the 2021-22 season.

Ball’s journey to this moment has been marked by significant setbacks, including a two-year absence from the court due to a left knee injury that ultimately necessitated a cartilage and meniscus transplant following unsuccessful corrective procedures. Additionally, a wrist injury earlier in the season forced him to the sidelines for approximately a month, and he continues to operate under a minutes restriction.
