Fatal 7Eleven Attack Worker Allegedly Killed by Manager!

An employee at a 7-Eleven store in Los Angeles tragically passed away after an alleged attack by her manager, who is currently being sought by authorities, as reported by local police and the deceased worker’s family. Jessica McLaughlin was discovered unconscious by Los Angeles police on June 24, following a radio call received by patrol officers around 2:15 p.m. regarding a serious battery incident at the Melrose Avenue convenience store, according to a statement from the department. The 7-Eleven employee, identified as being in her 20s, was involved in a verbal altercation that escalated into a physical confrontation with another woman inside the store, stated the police. Once found by law enforcement, McLaughlin was taken to a hospital where she was later pronounced dead on July 2. The cause and manner of her death are currently being determined by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office. The victim’s brother, Sean McLaughlin, has set up a GoFundMe to assist with the expenses of Jessica’s funeral, emphasizing her significance beyond being his sister. He detailed the events of the tragic day, accusing a manager of violently attacking Jessica and causing her death. The GoFundMe campaign has received significant support as the family aims to give Jessica a fitting farewell. The 7-Eleven corporation expressed cooperation with the investigation and confirmed that the suspect has been terminated. Further inquiries to 7-Eleven and Sean McLaughlin are pending response.
