Chris Hemsworth, who attracted attention with his role as Thor in the Marvel Cinema Universe, received a life-changing result after having a genetic test in National Geographic's documentary series called Limitless.

It turned out that Hemsworth had two copies of the gene linked to Alzheimer's risk.

Following the test, the 40-year-old actor made changes to his exercise routines and is now focusing more on his brain health.

"I've always been pretty faithful to my workouts, but lately I've really felt the importance of taking time for yourself and taking time for stillness without any outside voices or stimuli," he said in an interview with Men's Health, emphasizing that he is paying more attention to his solitude.

The Thor actor said that exercise routines are important, but he focuses more on mindfulness work. He also pays close attention to his sleep patterns and does not neglect to take ice baths.
