In a recent Instagram post, the actress announced the listing of her home, emphasizing its attractive features such as two parking spots, a backyard, four bedrooms, and its close proximity to Brooklyn Bridge Park and local schools. Schumer also praised the neighborhood for being safe and beautiful, dubbing it the “best hood ever.”
The property, located on the corner of Cranberry and Willow streets in Brooklyn Heights’ historic district, is being sold through the Modin Group, a boutique real estate agency. The listing reveals that the townhouse, built in 1829 in Federal style, boasts 11 rooms including five bedrooms and four bathrooms, a driveway, and an enclosed garden.
