This menu showcases a selection of Cajun-seasoned seafood, chicken, burgers, and more. As Mardi Gras looms on the horizon, the chain is introducing two enticing additions labeled as “Bourbon Street Favorites” to its Big Easy menu.
Introducing Applebee’s New Bourbon Street Cajun Pasta, featuring the quintessential ingredient in many Cajun recipes: Andouille sausage. In Applebee’s latest Big Easy offerings, this sausage takes center stage. The first new dish, Bourbon Street Chicken and Andouille Sausage Penne, includes seared andouille sausage, chicken, bell peppers, onions, and a creamy Cajun Alfredo sauce over penne pasta priced at $11.99. The second addition, Blackened Shrimp and Andouille Sausage Penne, follows a similar foundation as the former but swaps the chicken for sautéed shrimp, priced at $13.99. Both dishes are accompanied by Applebee’s signature garlic butter breadstick and will be available for a limited time.
In addition to the new pasta dishes, Applebee’s is also launching a new chicken sandwich on its menus: the tantalizing Spicy Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich. This crispy, breaded chicken breast is topped with savory Applewood-smoked bacon and served on a brioche bun.
But wait, there’s more! Applebee’s is extending its popular limited-time Really Big Meal Deal, which enables guests to enjoy a Big Cluckin’ Chicken Sandwich or Big Classic Bacon Cheeseburger, along with unlimited Classic Fries and a fountain drink with free refills, all for just $9.99.
