Originally listed on the menu as a limited-time offering, fans were left disheartened when the crispy treats vanished about a month later, prompting an outpouring of disappointment on social media.
“I miss the chicken nuggets,” lamented one Reddit user. “They were so good!! It disappeared so fast…” Another user echoed the sentiment, stating, “Yeah. These tasted better than any other fast food nuggets.”
Crafted from tender, all-white meat chicken, marinated in spicy jalapeño buttermilk, and coated in a crunchy blend of breadcrumbs and tortilla chips, the reintroduced crispy chicken nuggets will also be accompanied by a trio of delectable sauces: Taco Bell-exclusive Hidden Valley Fire Ranch, Bell Sauce, and Jalapeño Honey Mustard Sauce.
Taco Bell is taking things up a notch by offering a new twist on the fan-favorite item. Apart from standalone options, patrons can look forward to Crispy Chicken Burritos and Tacos hitting the menus of U.S. and Canada locations this year, alongside tantalizing Avocado Ranch and Spicy Ranchero Sauce options.
