Amusingly enough, the outcome of who would adhere to the instructions obediently was swiftly revealed. Ruby displayed unwavering determination. The Pembroke Welsh Corgi saw through the ruse and chose not to fall for a hypothetical trap, a decision that resonated with many. When there’s no one present to intervene, why wouldn’t she seize the opportunity to enjoy a delectable meal?
One commentator astutely noted, “Ruby strategically left the camera frame for plausible deniability.” Technically speaking, that observation holds true! Whether her shift in position was motivated by that reasoning or not, it’s evident that she orchestrated her actions with great finesse. Until proven otherwise, she remains innocent in the eyes of her admirers.
After Ruby’s calculated gamble paid off, it was hardly surprising to see the fluffy Golden Retriever Maui follow suit. A multitude of dogs find salmon irresistible! Given that his sister wasn’t reprimanded for her defiance of the rules, he had nothing to lose by indulging in a bite (or two) of the succulent fish.
