Elon Musk’s $1 Million Gift to Wisconsin Voter for Supreme Court Election!

Tech mogul Elon Musk has made headlines once again by donating $1 million to a single voter in the upcoming Wisconsin Supreme Court race. Unlike his previous expenditures on attack ads and campaigners, Musk revealed that this generous sum was awarded to “Scott A.” from Green Bay for signing his “Petition In Opposition To Activist Judges.” The announcement was made on X, a social media platform owned by Musk, on Wednesday evening.
The petition was introduced last week on Musk’s super PAC, America PAC, offering $100 to individuals who signed it. However, the $1 million giveaway was not initially mentioned. The PAC will utilize the demographic data gathered from the petition to encourage voter turnout for the critical Wisconsin election on Tuesday.
This $1 million award follows a similar tactic used by Musk during the November presidential election, where he offered sweepstakes payments to registered pro-Donald Trump voters in swing states. Despite facing legal challenges, Musk’s giveaway was permitted to proceed in Pennsylvania.
Musk’s substantial financial support for conservative Supreme Court candidate Brad Schimel in the upcoming election has positioned him as the primary spender in a race that is anticipated to surpass $100 million in total spending. In response to Musk’s contributions, Susan Crawford’s campaign criticized both Musk and Schimel, accusing them of attempting to buy influence on the Supreme Court for their own interests.
Schimel’s campaign has not issued a public statement regarding Musk’s funding. However, Schimel has stated that he does not have control over Musk’s financial support.
