Italian researchers have discovered a mysterious underground city hidden beneath ancient Egyptian pyramids. The team from the University of Pisa used radar pulses to uncover giant vertical shafts with spiral staircases under the Khafre pyramid. They found a limestone platform with chambers and water system pipelines deep below the pyramid, hinting at the existence of an underground city. Although the claims have not been independently verified, fellow Egyptologists have disputed them, calling them exaggerated. The team believes that the Pyramid of Khafre may hold secrets, including the mythical Hall of Records, an ancient library believed to be beneath the Great Pyramid or the Sphinx. While some experts doubt the claims, the researchers stand by their findings, suggesting the presence of a hidden world beneath the earth’s surface.
Ms. Ciccolo referred to the “Book of Amenti.” In a recent project called the Khafre Project, a 3D model revealed the internal structures of the central part of the Pyramid of Khafre. Prof. Malanga and Mr. Biondi published a peer-reviewed paper in October 2022 in the scientific journal Remote Sensing, which identified hidden rooms and ramps within Khafre, as well as a thermal anomaly near the pyramid’s base. This new study utilized similar technology but with additional support from Earth-orbiting satellites. Radar signals from two satellites positioned approximately 420 miles above Earth were directed towards the Khafre pyramid. By analyzing how these signals bounced back and converting them into sound waves, the experts were able to penetrate solid stone and create 3D maps of the underground structures. Prof. Malanga asserted that the consistent results obtained using two satellites eliminated any possibility of misinterpretation.
