A woman accused of causing the death of Million Dollar Beach House realtor Sara Burack by leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident has pleaded not guilty in court. Amanda Kempton, the suspect, claimed she thought she hit a traffic cone and that alcohol was not a factor in the incident. Burack passed away in the hospital from her injuries after the incident on June 19. Kempton, who was arrested on June 20, made her first court appearance on June 21, where she denied the felony charge. The prosecutor requested a higher bail due to claims that Kempton had initially fled the scene and was planning to leave for a wedding. Kempton was released on $100,000 bail, with her family providing collateral. The incident occurred on June 19 at around 2:45 a.m., resulting in the death of the 40-year-old real estate agent. Burack was known for her role in the Netflix series Million Dollar Beach House.
