The first part of Dune, based on the 1965 Frank Herbert novel of the same name, came out in 2021, and now fans can watch the full sci-fi epic all in one go. Anderson, produced 23 books in the Dune universe—including Sisterhood of Dune, the basis for the recent HBO series Dune: Prophecy. The series explores the beginning of the enigmatic Bene Gesserit sect that manipulates the forces of power in the world of Dune and created the prophecy that led to Paul Atreides’s rise 10,000 years later.
