A new luxury hotel in Palm Beach, Palm House, has finally opened after 17 years in the making. Originally known as Heart of Palm Beach, the property was last open to guests in 2008 before being acquired by L+R Hotels in 2019. Following an extensive renovation, Palm House is now welcoming visitors at its location on 160 Royal Palm Way.
This marks the first U.S. property for the Iconic Luxury Hotels collection from L+R Hotels, with General Manager Natalie Le Clerc emphasizing the inclusive and special experience guests can expect at Palm House. Clerc is especially excited about the Presidential Suite, a two-story haven of luxury spanning nearly 2,000 square feet, with an impressive Alaskan King bed and exquisite decor blending opulent textures and soothing color schemes.
The view from the suite’s private balconies overlooking the Sunset Pool Deck adds to the allure of the Presidential Suite, which comes with personalized butler service. Priced at $7,000 per night, this suite offers a private dining room and a truly luxurious experience for discerning travelers looking for a classic yet modern escape.
Guests at Palm House can expect a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere, with richly appointed interiors and a vibrant social scene at the Palm Bar. The hotel aims to embody the timeless elegance of Palm Beach, providing a blend of luxury and comfort in every aspect of the guest experience.
Surprises await first-time visitors at Palm House, from its bold design that reimagines Palm Beach’s historic charm to the welcoming ambiance that invites guests to relax and unwind in style. Whether enjoying cocktails at the Palm Bar or taking in the stunning views from the Sunset Pool Deck, guests are sure to be enchanted by the effortless elegance and modern luxury that Palm House has to offer.
The design team, led by Cooper Carry, architects, Muza Lab, interior designers, and the highly sought-after art consultant Minda Dowling, enthusiastically embraced a playful and modern reinterpretation of the classic vintage Palm Beach style at Pam House. Located in the lobby, Pam House’s Palm Bar exudes elegance and sophistication with its grand floor-to-ceiling windows, striking Murano glass chandeliers, and walls adorned with oversized shell tapestries. Each of the 58 guestrooms and 21 suites has been meticulously curated with a focus on refined details, featuring coral-colored headboards, custom-made woven sconces, and antique mirrors framed by delicate latticework, all contributing to an ambiance of laid-back luxury.
The lavish Presidential Suite, boasting an Alaskan King bed and offering breathtaking views of the pool, serves as the hotel’s pièce de rĂ©sistance, complete with exemplary butler service. Throughout the establishment, visitors will encounter an eclectic blend of contemporary art pieces, including surreal fine art photography by the likes of Slim Aarons and other talented artists, infusing every corner with a delightful blend of fun and sophistication. The entire hotel exudes an air of opulence while simultaneously paying homage to Palm Beach’s rich heritage in a manner that feels wonderfully fresh and innovative.
When it comes to local attractions, Worth Avenue stands out as an absolute must-visit, conveniently located just a short stroll away from the hotel.
