A tragic incident occurred in Orange County, North Carolina, where a woman was discovered deceased on Monday. She was last seen on Sunday night heading to work amidst heavy rainfall caused by Tropical Depression Chantal. Flash Flood Warnings were issued for various counties in North Carolina and parts of Virginia as the remnants of the storm moved along the East Coast.
