Clay Aiken and his teenage son, Parker, were spotted together at the opening night of ‘BOOP! The Musical’ in New York City on April 5, 2025. The duo turned heads with their coordinated outfits, showcasing a striking resemblance.
Aiken, 46, donned a stylish ensemble featuring a midnight blue turtleneck sweater, beige tweed trousers, and a burnt orange jacket with white pinstripes. Meanwhile, Parker added a modern twist to a classic black suit by pairing it with a black-and-white printed dress shirt.
The father-son pair happily posed for photos on the red carpet, where they were joined by Grammy-winning producer David Foster, who provided the music for the Broadway production. Foster, who is also Parker’s uncle, made a special appearance at the event.
Parker is Aiken’s son with his best friend, Jaymes Foster, David’s sister. Despite not being romantically involved, Aiken and Jaymes decided to co-parent their son through in vitro fertilization.
In a recent interview, Aiken reflected on the joys and challenges of raising Parker, describing it as both “happy and heartbreaking.” He expressed pride in watching his son mature into a respectful and responsible young man, while acknowledging the bittersweet feeling of seeing him grow more independent.
Although Aiken and Parker have made more public appearances together in recent years, Aiken made a conscious effort to shield his son from the spotlight during his early years. He emphasized the importance of preserving Parker’s privacy and allowing him to have a normal childhood away from the public eye.
