China’s Foreign Minister Slams US Tariffs and Accuses Meeting!

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi criticized the United States for its recent actions in a speech, denouncing what he described as “arbitrary tariffs” and accusing Washington of responding to China’s efforts with punitive measures. Wang emphasized that China will continue to retaliate against the U.S., warning against attempts to suppress China while seeking to maintain a positive relationship. He expressed concern that the ongoing trade dispute between the two countries is straining bilateral relations and eroding mutual trust. Wang also condemned the Trump administration’s prioritization of U.S. interests over international cooperation, warning that such an approach could lead to a dangerous “law of the jungle” scenario with negative repercussions for small and weak nations. He called for major countries to fulfill their international obligations and avoid exploiting or bullying weaker nations.
