"Captain of the Titanic" Bernard Hill dies

Hill, who was born in Manchester in 1944, gave life to the ship's captain Edward Smith in the movie Titanic.

Hill played the role of King Theoden in the Lord of the Rings trilogy, the most Oscar-winning production.

After the news of the British actor's death, his fans shared their sadness on social media.

Lord of the Rings fans shared the phrase "Be good. Go you, go you" and expressed their sadness.
