Brandi Glanville, a former cast member of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, has been speaking openly about the challenges she is facing due to her current health crisis. In a recent episode of her podcast Brandi Glanville Unfiltered, the 52-year-old revealed that a medical issue affecting her face has left her feeling isolated, with no intimacy in her life for over a year. Seeking answers, she consulted plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow from the show Botched, who suggested it could take up to five years for her face to fully recover. Feeling impatient, Glanville expressed her desire to explore other options to address her condition and resume her normal activities, including socializing and dating.
Despite seeking multiple opinions from doctors, Glanville remains without a definitive diagnosis, leading to frustration and uncertainty about her condition. She expressed relief at sharing her struggles publicly, acknowledging the emotional toll of concealing her health issues. The reality star recounted experiencing facial swelling in 2023, initially attributed to stress-induced angioedema, but later linked to a potential parasite issue. Speculating that the problem may have originated during a trip to Morocco, Glanville emphasized her commitment to finding answers and regaining her health.
By disclosing her condition and dispelling rumors, Glanville aims to reclaim her narrative and raise awareness about her ongoing battle with her health.
“I’m broke all the time,” she explained. “First of all, I couldn’t afford it even if I wanted it… That’s why I’m at home. That’s why I’m not walking on red carpets. Because I don’t want to go out like this.”

“Everyone thinks I’m so strong, but I’m vulnerable right now,” she shared with ET. “It’s a very delicate time for me. I can’t recall a day when I haven’t shed tears. So just leave me alone.”
Glanville expressed her hope to finally uncover the cause of her facial condition in the upcoming year, stating, “Honestly, health is the ultimate wealth and that’s all I desire.”
