The victim, now 32, was rescued weighing only 68 pounds after setting a fire to escape. The bodycam footage revealed the arrival of first responders at the blazing home on February 17. Kimberly Sullivan was seen outside, holding onto one of her dogs. As firefighters brought out the unconscious victim, Sullivan expressed worry about her pet in the footage. “My dog is shaking,” she said, while also questioning the firefighter carrying her stepson, “what are you doing?” According to her lawyer, Ioannis Kaloidis, family members may have assisted in posting bail. He chose not to disclose Sullivan’s current location when speaking to The Post on Saturday.
