NBA’s Christmas Day Showdown Devin Booker Out, All-Stars Questionable!

The Los Angeles Lakers have designated LeBron James with a left foot injury management, Anthony Davis with a left shoulder contusion, and D’Angelo Russell with a left thumb sprain as questionable for their upcoming game against the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday. James maintained the same status on Monday and subsequently participated in the Lakers’ match against the Detroit Pistons, which concluded in a 117-114 defeat.

In a similar vein, the Boston Celtics have identified Jayson Tatum dealing with an illness, Jrue Holiday with a right shoulder impingement, and Derrick White with right hamstring tightness as question marks for their highly anticipated Christmas Day matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers. Tatum’s illness kept him sidelined during Monday’s 108-104 loss to the Orlando Magic. On the opposing side, Joel Embiid of the 76ers has been marked as available after missing a significant portion of Philadelphia’s initial 27 games due to a variety of reasons.

Turning our attention to the Dallas Mavericks, Luka Dončić, their standout All-Star player, is currently listed as probable with a heel contusion leading up to their game against the Minnesota Timberwolves scheduled for Wednesday. Dončić made his return in the Mavericks’ recent 132-108 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers after sitting out two games to recuperate from the aforementioned injury.
