Erin West, a dedicated teacher at Abundant Life Christian School for four years, was described as someone who cherished family camping trips, supported school sporting events, actively served at Doxa Church, and deeply valued time spent with her daughters and loved ones, according to her obituary.
Regarding the tragic incident at Abundant Life Christian School, Madison Police Chief Shon Barnes informed the Journal Sentinel that there is uncertainty about whether the shooter, identified as Natalie Rupnow, had any specific targets in mind. The distressing event resulted in injuries to six students, two of whom sustained life-threatening wounds, before Rupnow took her own life with a firearm.
