Authorities are investigating a possible swatting incident that led to the untimely death of rapper Young Scooter, whose real name was Kenneth Edward Bailey. The police pursuit, triggered by a fake emergency call reporting a hostage situation involving a naked woman, resulted in the fatal injury of the artist on his 39th birthday.
The caller, who remains unidentified, claimed to witness disturbing events at the house, including gun displays and violence against the woman. Despite the caller’s alarming claims, police found no evidence of these events upon arrival. Young Scooter and another man fled the scene as officers closed in, with the rapper tragically succumbing to his injuries while trying to escape.
