Warriors Star Stephen Curry Contusion Relief, No Structural Damage!

The Golden State Warriors have confirmed that star player Stephen Curry has a contusion in his pelvic area but no structural damage, following an MRI. As a result, Curry will not be traveling with the team for their upcoming game against the Atlanta Hawks and will sit out. He is set to be re-evaluated on Monday.

The MRI was conducted after Curry left the Warriors’ recent game against the Toronto Raptors with an injury. He sustained the contusion after colliding with defenders and falling on his tailbone area. Despite finishing the game with 17 points, Curry did not return to play further.

Curry’s performance this season has been impressive, averaging 24.2 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 6.0 assists in 60 games. He has been a key player for the Warriors, especially since the trade for Jimmy Butler III, who recently achieved a triple-double. As an 11-time All-Star, four-time NBA champion, and two-time MVP, Curry holds numerous records in the league, including the most 3-pointers made and a high free-throw percentage.
