Police Failed to Help Woman Found Dead in Car Boot!

Before her tragic death, Harshita Brella, 24, had reported experiencing domestic abuse. Her body was discovered in the trunk of a car, leading to accusations against four police officers for failing to protect her. Harshita was found in a silver Vauxhall Corsa in Ilford, east London, and her husband, Pankaj Lamba, 23, has been charged with her murder as well as other serious charges. Following her death, Mr. Lamba reportedly fled to India, prompting an international manhunt. The Independent Office for Police Conduct has initiated an investigation into the police’s handling of Harshita’s case, serving disciplinary notices on four officers. The investigation is ongoing, focusing on the actions taken by the police officers involved in the case.
