Despite Atlanta finishing third in the regular season standings behind The Bay GC, they will now face off against New York GC in the final.
In the triples round, Atlanta took a 4-2 lead as The Bay struggled with putting. The singles round saw Cantlay’s impressive tee shot setting up a decisive win for Atlanta. The match concluded with Atlanta securing the victory and advancing to the finals.
The upcoming SoFi Cup finals will commence with Match 1 on Monday at 9 p.m. ET, followed by Match 2 on Tuesday at 7 p.m. ET. If needed, a third match will be played immediately after Match 2. The winner of the TGL championship and SoFi Cup will earn $9 million, while the runner-up will receive $4.5 million.
