CHICAGO (AP) — Defenders Antonee Robinson and Auston Trusty, as well as midfielder Johnny Cardoso, will be absent from the United States’ CONCACAF Nations League final four matches. In their place, midfielders Jack McGlynn, Maximilian Arfsten, and Brian Gutiérrez have been added to the roster. The U.S. Soccer Federation did not provide specific details on the reasons for their absence. Cardoso reportedly left Real Betis’ match on March 9 due to an injury and was observed training with a wrapped left thigh on Wednesday, as per reports from Spanish media. The U.S., aiming for a fourth consecutive title, will face Panama on Thursday in Inglewood, California before meeting either Mexico or Canada in the final or third-place match on Sunday. ___ AP soccer: https://apnews.com/hub/soccer
