Tragic High-Speed Crash Claims 4 Lives, Including 2 Middle School Students!

Four teenagers tragically lost their lives in a high-speed car crash involving a stolen vehicle in Ohio. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 12, when the four teens were driving down Cleveland’s West 106th St. in a 2014 Hyundai Sonata that had been stolen approximately two weeks prior. The driver, 18-year-old Eddy Deandre Bonner, lost control of the car at a very high speed, resulting in the vehicle crashing into trees and another car. The other victims were identified as 19-year-old Caurie Williams, 14-year-old Tamera Davis, and 14-year-old Kalise McGee.

Surveillance footage revealed the car’s high speed and the attempts made to correct the path before the fatal crash. The impact was severe, ejecting all four teens from the vehicle, who were pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities clarified that there was no pursuit of the stolen car at the time of the crash. The stolen Hyundai had been taken from Cleveland’s Old Brooklyn neighborhood on February 27, with uncertainties remaining about the specific thief.

In the aftermath, mourning families and friends gathered at the crash site to pay their respects, leaving balloons as a tribute. Parents of the deceased teens shared their grief and memories of their children. Clarissa McGee, Kalise’s mother, highlighted that Kalise and Tamera were eighth-grade students, while Tamera’s mother, Sommer Brown, expressed disbelief that her daughter was unaware of the car’s stolen status. The loss of these young lives has deeply impacted the community, leaving loved ones struggling to come to terms with the tragedy.
