Incident at Mysterious Prison: Inmate Assaults Notorious Convict

Scott Peterson, the infamous killer of his wife, was reportedly attacked by another inmate during a game of pickleball at Mule Creek State Prison in California. The incident occurred when the fellow prisoner took issue with Peterson’s playing style and physically assaulted him, as reported by TMZ. Despite sustaining injuries, Peterson did not require hospitalization, according to sources within the prison.

Peterson, who was convicted in 2004 for the murder of his pregnant wife Laci, continues to maintain his innocence. His case was recently revisited by the Los Angeles Innocence Project in an effort to prove his claims of being wrongly convicted. Currently serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole, Peterson’s story has gained widespread attention, even inspiring the popular book and film “Gone Girl.”

The prison authorities at Mule Creek State Prison have not provided any comments regarding the incident.
