Child critically injured in Garden State Parkway bus crash leaves 12 others hurt!

Thirteen individuals, including a child with critical injuries, were injured in a school bus accident on the Garden State Parkway while returning to New York. The bus, carrying 31 passengers, overturned on the northbound side of the New Jersey Parkway near mile marker 170.9, according to Montvale Mayor Mike Ghassali. Footage from CBS news Chopper 2 captured the overturned bus near Exit 171, close to the James Gandolfini Service Area in Montvale. First responders surrounded the scene, with firefighters using flashlights during the rescue operation. Mayor Ghassali expressed gratitude to all responders and mentioned the Rockland Hatzoloh Ambulance Service for their prompt assistance. Thoughts and prayers were extended to the injured and their families. Thirteen bus occupants were taken to local hospitals, and the destination of the bus within New York remains unknown. The cause of the crash has not been determined.
