Alison Victoria’s Dreamy $29 Million Project The Final Farewell!

Alison Victoria, star of HGTV’s Windy City Rehab, is saying goodbye to her Chicago dream home. After more than two and a half years of transforming the space, she has listed the property on the market for $2.9 million.

Victoria, 43, shared with Us Weekly that while having 7,000 square feet to herself seemed opulent, it became a bit lonely in reality. She decided to downsize and find a home that better suited her lifestyle. She expressed the hope that the next owner will fully appreciate and enjoy every aspect of the property.

Originally used as her office and design center, Victoria always envisioned the space as a dream home. When she had the opportunity to turn that vision into a reality, she described it as a dream come true.

Fans watched as Victoria transformed her office and design center in Chicago’s West Logan Square into the ultimate live-work space on the HGTV special Windy City Rehab: Alison’s Dream Home. As she expands her business with the launch of Sin City Rehab, she looks back fondly on the happy memories created in her Chicago space.

The next buyer will inherit special features like a Parisian speakeasy-inspired bar and a master bathroom reminiscent of a resort in Mykonos, Greece. Victoria has curated a space where guests can enjoy the indoor atrium fireplace regardless of the weather outside.

Victoria’s attention to detail and design expertise have made her Chicago dream home a luxurious and inviting retreat, ready to welcome its next owner.
