The Mexico City Office of Citizen Safety promptly responded to a distress call regarding an individual found unconscious in an apartment located on Emilio Dondé and Tres Guerra streets in the Centro neighborhood within the municipality of Cuauhtémoc. As per the information provided by authorities on the same day, a 61-year-old woman recounted her encounter with the couple, who supposedly possessed “virtual credentials” affirming their roots in Texas, as she had observed that they had rented one of the units in the building.
