Guy Fieri and Gordon Ramsay took their culinary rivalry to another level on Super Bowl Sunday. The host of “Next Level Chef” shared a hilarious video inspired by “Freaky Friday” showing the two chefs at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. Dressed in matching all-black outfits, sunglasses, heavy chains, and their signature blonde hair, they faced the camera with a playful vibe.
“I can’t believe they’re getting blown out!” exclaimed Fieri in a British accent, referring to the game unfolding. “Dude, this sucks!” retorted Ramsay in an American accent, as the two chefs burst into laughter and exchanged high-fives. Ramsay posted the video on Instagram with the caption, “A new duo is entering the 4th quarter… đŸ˜‚đŸ˜‚”
The dynamic duo watched the Philadelphia Eagles clinch a victory against the Kansas City Chiefs from a suite at the stadium. Ramsay also made an appearance on TV screens in HexClad’s 2025 Super Bowl commercial, where he cooked for aliens at Area 51, with Pete Davidson making a cameo as the “alien ambassador.”
This wasn’t the first time these famous chefs had fun role-reversing on social media. Last spring, they swapped signature looks during a visit to Hell’s Kitchen restaurant. In the photo, Fieri sported a chef’s jacket with a stern look, arms crossed disapprovingly. Meanwhile, Ramsay gave a smile to the camera, flashing a “rock on” hand pose, complete with Fieri’s iconic sunglasses and silver skull chain around his neck.
