For the second consecutive year, Taylor Swift attended the Super Bowl to support her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, as the Kansas City Chiefs faced off against the Philadelphia Eagles in pursuit of a three-peat NFL championship. This time, however, she didn’t have to rush back from a leg of her Eras Tour in Tokyo, Japan, making it to the game without any last-minute hustle.
As expected, photos and videos of Swift started making rounds online shortly after her arrival at the venue on Sunday, showcasing her accompanied by a few notable friends for her grand entrance at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. Last year, Swift had brought along Blake Lively, Ice Spice, stylist Ashley Avignone, and her mother, Andrea Swift, to the game.
This time, Taylor was initially seen with Ice Spice again, along with all three Haim sisters, with whom she collaborated on the song “No Body, No Crime” from her album “evermore.” Seated behind her in the Superdome was her friend Ashley Avignone, a renowned celebrity stylist. Later in the night, photos also captured Swift cheering alongside Kelce’s parents, Donna and Ed, as well as Travis’ best friend and former NFL tight end, Ross Travis.
On the evening before the game, Swift dined out in New Orleans with friends and family members, including Kelce, his sister-in-law Kylie Kelce, Alana and Danielle Haim. Her parents were also spotted at the Italian restaurant Gianna, as reported by People magazine.
During the game night, Swift donned an off-white blazer paired with over-the-knee boots, a scoop-neck tank, and sparkly silver shorts as she made her way through the stadium to her seat for the big game. The event kicked off with R&B singer Ledisi’s rendition of “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” followed by Lady Gaga’s performance of “Hold My Hand” filmed on Bourbon Street, and a tribute to New Orleans music featuring Harry Connick, Jr., horn players dressed in purple velvet, dancers, and a marching band.
Early on in the game, Swift appeared on the jumbo screen, prompting what seemed like a collective “boo” from the crowd. Looking towards Ice Spice with a half-smile, she was seen mouthing, “What’s going on?” (presumably directed at Eagles fans).
Later that evening, President Donald Trump shared a post on Truth Social juxtaposing his reception of cheers from the crowd with Swift being booed.
While Swift was more prominently shown during the first half of the game, the camera focused less on her as Kelce and the Chiefs
