Inhabitants Compelled to Relocate Amid Gaza Reconstruction.

SANTO DOMINGO (Reuters) – U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio articulated on Thursday that Gaza’s current state renders it “uninhabitable” due to hazards like unexploded munitions, necessitating individuals to seek alternative living arrangements while the region undergoes reconstruction. Responding to a journalist’s inquiry while in the Dominican Republic, Rubio urged other nations to step up and offer assistance in the rebuilding of Gaza, refraining from specifying whether Palestinians would be permitted to return to the area as per a proposition by U.S. President Donald Trump to assume control and develop the Gaza Strip.

“I believe it is a pragmatic approach that in order to restore a place like that, individuals will have to reside elsewhere temporarily,” Rubio expressed.
