American Hostages Set to Be Freed in Gaza Deal!

(Reuters) – According to a source familiar with the matter, two Americans held captive in Gaza are among the hostages slated for release in the initial six-week phase of the Israel-Hamas ceasefire deal announced on Wednesday. The individuals in question are identified as Keith Siegel and Sagui Dekel-Chen, as per the source who spoke on the condition of anonymity. CNN initially reported their inclusion on the list. These two individuals were part of a larger group of over 250 hostages brought to Gaza by Hamas militants following the assault into Israel on October 7, 2023, which subsequently led to Israel’s offensive in the enclave. Keith Siegel was seized alongside his wife, Adrienne, who was among the hostages released as part of a ceasefire agreement in November 2023.
